Stacy has had a long rich involvement in the arts since youth. A natural performing (dance, choreography and modeling) and visual (photography, illustration and design) artist, Stacy also attended Chicago's Mayfair Dance Academy and Marwen Arts Foundation where her talents were supported in new genres, helping her excel in the array of her high school art courses.
After graduating from Whitney Young per her parents' suggestion for balance, Stacy decided to major in business with a concentration in marketing at the nation's top HBCU business management school, Florida A&M University's School of Business & Industry. Stacy had increasing interest in organizational and consumer behavior, operations, marketing and management and became President of FACES Modeling Troupe, creatively expressing through modeling, fashion, business and community.
Upon graduating, Stacy worked by day in management and became a socialite in the live music and club scene by night. Stacy began trade, runway and editorial modeling full time through multiple agents including Chicago's Elite Model Management. Stacy considered a move to New York to model full time and at the peak of her frustration with the racism, bias and emptiness in the industry, decided to step behind the camera fully to balance the perspectives. Stacy remained a dedicated teacher of runway modeling at the University of Chicago and at John Robert Powers in runway, print and acting.
Stacy soon created the Dream Team Collective, assembling a talented team of passionate fashion artists to create the images she wanted to see, with her creative direction at the helm. Stacy brought her love of photography, modeling and branding together, worked with photographers and models from around the world, and attracted clients who desired to elevate awareness of their businesses with innovative campaigns.
Stacy eventually moved into the role of photographer, director and editor as Fourth Eye Photographics™ capturing and documenting all the live music and poetry events in Chicago, while lending her eye to create unique credentials for artists and fashion & beauty campaigns for emerging and classic brands. Stacy later paired her love of photography with her logo and web design creating cohesive websites and imaging for style conscious brands.
During this time, Stacy also lent her styling, jewelry design and natural hair expertise as part of her branding and imaging suite, collaborating on editorial shoots for artists and athletes such as Yahzarah and Shawn Marion, as well as album concept art for artists such as Cherisse Scott and JoVia Armstrong and key hairstyling in videos for artists such as Beanie Sigel and Ledisi.
Stacy first taught literacy in after-school programs and after the birth of her son, began working for Digital Youth Network in digital literacy as a visual storytelling and game design mentor working with youth In Englewood, Auburn Gresham, Chicago Lawn, Pilsen and Cabrini area schools. Stacy continued mentoring while beginning a yoga teacher training at Moksha Yoga Center hoping to gain tools to center her flow of new responsibilities.
While also now working at YouMedia downtown with high school teens, Stacy worked on projects such as the Lady Gaga photography collaboration Born Brave led by Brother Mike and as managing mentor and director of YouLit Magazine. Stacy was an integral member adding her experience to the original concept of YouMedia's first fashion project which would later become Fashion Bias, based off of the name and idea she'd created.
As divine timing would have it, Stacy's time with You Media ended two days before she completed her 15 month yoga teacher training certification and after studying yoga through her camera, apprenticing with three seasoned teachers, helping students regain greater range of motion through yoga therapeutics, teaching group classes and completing a thesis project on the connection between yoga and creativity, her next move seemed assigned.
Stacy began teaching yoga privates while working in a studio for a short stint before she began looking for a different kind of 'home' to offer a more 'sacred' healing practice. After a candid conversation with Theaster Gates about Stacy's desire to help her native Southside, Stacy's Soul Healing Yoga™ became the inaugural program at Dorchester Art & Housing Collaborative via Gates' Rebuild Foundation to make her array of cultural wellness programming available to thousands of residents and visitors on Chicago's Southside.

Stacy has had a long rich involvement in the arts since youth. An avid photographer, cartoon artist, student of the then Marwen Arts Foundation, award winning fashion construction & garment designer, team artist and engineering model builder, trombone player, hairstylist, small business entrepreneur and exhibiting artist at the newly opened Niketown, were some experiences that illustrate a younger Stacy's foundational relationship with the Arts.
Stacy continued at Marwen and excelled in her high school art courses and after graduating from Whitney Young per her parents' suggestion for balance, Stacy decided to major in business with a concentration in marketing at the nation's most dynamic HBCU business management school, FAMU's School of Business & Industry. While there Stacy grew interested in organizational and consumer behavior, operations, marketing and management and began considering entrepreneurship while President of FACES Modeling Troupe, encouraging a live outlet for expression in creativity through fashion, business and community.
Upon graduating, Stacy worked by day in management and became a fixture in the live music and club scene by night. In a short time, Stacy left her day job to model full time touring and gaining four agents for trade and runway including Elite Model Management in Chicago. Stacy created the Dream Team Collective---a talented team of passionate fashion artists creating beautiful business campaigns, with her creative direction at the helm. Working with a diverse array of photographers and models from around the world, Stacy brought her love of photography, modeling and branding together and attracted clients who desired to elevate awareness of their businesses with innovative campaigns.

where I'm from
A Southside Chicago native, with an emphasis and educational foundation in the sciences and arts, I explored a myriad of expressions as a child from oratory and spelling, to dance recitals and playing trombone. Engineering design and drawing from source, memory and imagination, inevitably landed me in art school.
As a teen, I fell in love with photography, theatre, modeling, jewelry crafting, fashion construction & design, dance choreography & performance, hairstyling, astrology, psychology, creative writing, travel, sales and entrepreneurship.

I entered adulthood with hands-on experience in Chicago nightlife promotions, special event production, brand marketing and graduated from FAMU in Business. I became an operational manager and fashion print model by day & nightlife fixture and runway model by night.
I initiated my healing journey and rebirth as a business-informed artist and natural vegan in 2003. Here I flourished in many roles including model and actress, talent agent, artist & brand stylist and consultant, key hairstylist, jewelry designer, graphic & web designer, photographer & creative director of the Dream Team Collective, events creator and producer.
Becoming a new mom, I also became a yoga photographer, homechooler, devoted yogini, yoga instructor, student of transcendental arts and practices, narcissist survivor, cultural wellness coach, program creator, herbalist, traveling facilitator and lead educator of my created life brand, Self Love & Soul Healing.

Stacy Patrice is a mother, yogini, multifaceted healing artist, spiritual awakener and intuitively guided strategist specializing in salubrious lifestyle activations that empower the connection, release and reimagining of everyday autonomy, within the souls of multigenerational and multiethnic audiences worldwide.
As a community cultivator, teacher's teacher and storyteller, Stacy specializes in creating and facilitating a myriad of one-of-one experiential learning activations and premier tuning programs, in her created genre of "Self Love & Soul Healing". Stacy has designed and delivered client-specific modules of this work, merging her deep dives into soul consciousness, emotional intelligence, psychospirituality, somatic movement, metaphysical healing, yoga science, transformational leadership and systems thinking into her offered therapies, serving thousands of in-person practitioners from Chicago's Southside to Ubud, Bali.
With over 40 years deeply connected to visual and performing arts, Stacy has utilized her feminine leadership faculties to confidentially guide luminaries in the philanthropy, entrepreneurial, arts, entertainment and educational sectors to lead from within and outside the lines. Stacy earned a business degree from FAMU, a 200 hour classical yoga teacher certification, another certification in herbalism and medicinal spiritual studies and has served in multiple capacities working for a growing list of organizations, serving diasporic communities in their soul power.
